TAL WATCHES operates under The Art of Ligel, LLC of New York State. Timepieces purchased from TAL WATCHES may be shipped for delivery within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the number of products we supply; to supply only part of an order, or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Shipping within the U.S.

Currently, we are offering FREE Priority 2 - 3 business day shipping when you purchase two or more items OR FREE 3 - 5 business days shipping every day on U.S. ALL orders shipping to all 50 states within the United States.

Our Priority Shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via the United States Postal Service using the Priority Mail option & USPS First Class. At any time, you will be able to track your package via a tracking number provided after the package(s) have been shipped.

We are able to ship to U.S. Post Office, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We are also offering Priority International Service 6-10 business days shipping at a cost on all orders outside of the United States via the United States Postal Service. At any time, you will be able to track your package via a tracking number provided after the package(s) have been shipped.

Delivery

All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 1- 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day. 

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at info@talswisswatch.com.

Return Policy

TAL WATCHES offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through the TAL WATCHES Online Store and a Return Authorization is required for all returns/exchanges. You may obtain a Return Authorization by emailing info@talswisswatch.com with your return inquiries. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received in its original condition. Please allow up to five business days from our receipt of your product for credit processing. Watches must be returned in the same condition received and not worn. Watches must be returned with any extra links, or ‘gift with purchase items. In the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may be applied.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@talswisswatch.com. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled.
