Online Purchasing

TAL WATCHES operates under The Art of Ligel, LLC, based in New York State. Our timepieces are available for delivery across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as to international destinations.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit quantities, fulfill partial orders, or ship items separately to ensure timely delivery.

Additionally, TAL WATCHES reserves the right to modify the terms, duration, or availability of any special offers or promotional sales at any time.

Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently offer Priority 2–3 business day shipping when you purchase two or more items, or FREE standard 3–5 business day shipping on all U.S. orders—available for delivery to all 50 states.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on package weight and size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time.

We also ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses within the United States.


International Shipping
TAL WATCHES offers Priority International Service (6–10 business days) on all orders shipped outside of the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package at any time.

Delivery
All orders, including expedited options, are shipped within 1–2 business days from our facility. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday, or an official holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery status online. If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt, or if you notice any discrepancies or issues with your watch, please retain all original packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at info@talswisswatch.com.

Return Policy
TAL WATCHES offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly through the TAL WATCHES Online Store, and a Return Authorization is required. To request authorization, please email info@talswisswatch.com with your return details. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method as the initial transaction. Please allow up to five business days after receipt of your return for processing. Returned watches must be in original, unworn condition, and include all packaging, extra links, and any promotional or “gift with purchase” items. Missing items may result in additional charges.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@talswisswatch.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
