Shipping within the U.S.

For all orders shipping to the 50 states, we offer 1–2 business days, 3–4 business days, and 5–8 business days shipping options. Due to rising costs and inflation, we are no longer able to offer free shipping. Our Priority Shipping method uses ground shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS), including Priority Mail and First Class Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time. We can also ship to U.S. Post Office boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We offer Priority International Service (6–10 business days) for all orders outside of the United States via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped so you can track its delivery.

Delivery

All orders, including expedited options, are shipped within 1–2 business days from our facility. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday, or official holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order arrives with discrepancies or issues, or if you are not completely satisfied, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at info@talswisswatch.com.

Payment

TAL WATCHES accepts the following payment methods for online purchases via Shopify: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Upon online approval of your payment method, your order will be processed and your payment charged. Applicable taxes will be calculated and included in the total price at checkout, as required by law.
