You may obtain a Return Authorization by emailing info@talswisswatch.com with your return inquiries. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Credits cannot be allocated until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received in its original condition. Please allow up to five business days from our receipt of your product for credit processing. Watches must be returned with extra links, or ‘gift with purchase items. In the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may be applied.
